Under the visionary leadership of Utkarsh, Gruner Infrastructure was established to bridge the gap between traditional civil engineering and green technology infrastructure. Through strategic foresight, operational discipline, and an emphasis on technological innovation, Mr. Gupta has scaled Gruner Infrastructure into a powerhouse driven by a 500+ strong skilled workforce, executing complex nationwide projects with speed and precision

Anil kumar Tyagi
Bringing over four decades of transformational leadership in the Oil & Gas sector, Mr. Tyagi formerly served as the Executive Director of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and CEO of IOT Utkal Energy Services. A recognized authority in navigating complex, high-stakes business environments, he drives Gruner’s strategic top-line growth and operational resilience. At Gruner, Mr. Tyagi oversees high-complexity project management, end-to-end contract administration, and global materials procurement. His rigorous approach to vendor assessment and process optimization ensures our supply chains operate with unmatched efficiency, safeguarding our mega-projects against delays and ensuring cost-effective, scalable execution.
Asit Chatterjee
With over three decades of distinguished leadership in the infrastructure sector, Mr. Asit Chatterjee is a cornerstone of Gruner’s large-scale execution capability. Backed by a robust foundation in Civil Engineering and Business Operations Management, he possesses a proven track record of delivering complex mega-projects across diverse domains—including rail and metro transit, national highways, and large-scale urban development. Having held top-tier executive roles at industry giants like Punj Lloyd and Simplex, Mr. Chatterjee brings unparalleled operational rigor and strategic oversight to our EPC initiatives.
Dr. Aseem Mishra
Dr. Aseem Mishra is a strategic human resources executive with over two decades of global experience driving human capital transformations across the energy, technology, manufacturing, and shipping sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Gruner Renewable Energy, he specializes in solving complex organizational challenges, scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and driving people strategy during large-scale business transformations. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Mishra has held senior leadership roles at premier global organizations—including IBM, Infosys, GE, ITC, and Bharat Petroleum—where he successfully built and optimized end-to-end HR functions and enterprise HRMS implementations. He is also a highly regarded leadership mentor and motivational speaker dedicated to leading with purpose, humility, and a drive to create lasting impact for both businesses and their people.
